How many warehouses does DSCP Smart Fulfillment have in the US?

Two. One in Pomona, California at 141 Mercury Cir, Pomona, CA 91768, and one in New Brunswick, New Jersey at 13 Jules Ln, Ste B, New Brunswick, NJ 08901.

Which warehouse will my orders ship from?

Whichever one holds the stock. If you hold inventory at both, each order is released from the warehouse closer to your customer, which cuts transit days and shipping zones.

Do both warehouses offer the same services?

Yes. Receiving, storage, pick and pack, kitting and assembly, branded packaging, returns handling and international shipping run from both sites, on the same systems and the same packing standards.

How long does delivery take from your warehouses?

Nearby states are reached in about two days by ground, and the furthest US destinations take up to four. Holding stock on both coasts is what keeps almost every order inside that window.

Can I start with one warehouse and add the second later?

Yes, and most brands do. Start where your orders concentrate, then split your fastest-moving SKUs across both once volume makes it worthwhile.

Can I visit or send freight to a specific warehouse?

Yes. Tell your account manager which site your shipment is heading to and they will book a receiving window. Sending stock to the wrong coast is the most common and most expensive mistake to fix.
